Your description leads me to believe your problem is with the agitator DAWGS. Remove your agitator and check inside the agitator to see if one or more are broken off. If they brake your agitator won't work as it should. Good Luck Friend.
Are you using TOO much powder? And is the machine set to the correct rinse tempature? You mention white stuff, does it look like undissolved washing powder? Or fabric softner? Possibly try liquid detergent and see if the problem continues. And follow the recommended amounts of detergent for each wash load, and the tempature settings. And of course the water levels. hi there this is a common fault empty the water into a bucket and remove the water pump to check for blockages, the pump is located at the rerar lefthand side of the w/m.
also check your drain hose where it connects under your sink.
