SOURCE: oven not heating up.

fault is the circular element found the fan. take back plate off inside oven and element is exposed. often but not always, you can see the damage to the element. element is easy to replace - usually held in by 2 - 7mm nuts on posts from the element base plate

SOURCE: Stoves Q900 GRF DO fan assisted gas double oven

hi everyone, i hope this helps.
you may need to take the oven out and use a vacuum cleaner to **** out the dust from the back of the oven, i found that this is the cause for ovens not lighting and grill not working, its a simple thing to do, just pull the oven out and at the back you will see where all th dust has accumulated, just vacuum it out
and it should work. i have had so many problems that i am going to replace the whole piece of **** now that the fans have packed up !
stoves know that the ovens are rubbish and unreliable, but have done nothing to help (even the engineers know this)

Our oven had the same fault.

It turns out that the air intake was blocked.

The air intake is at the front, just below the bottom oven door. Some liberal sucking with a hoover sorted the problem instantly.

Jenn air jjw8430ddb oven broiler element activates when bake button is pressed. Oven turns off after a few minutes and bake light flashes

Revised Text: The malfunction with the Jenn Air JJW8430DDB oven might be due to a problem with the control board or incorrect wiring. Try these steps to troubleshoot:
  • Ensure the connections between the control board and bake/broil elements are secure and properly wired.
  • Verify the temperature sensor is functioning correctly and not sending false readings to the control board.
  • Check the control board for any error codes or flashing lights that signal a malfunction.
  • If the above steps do not work, you may need to contact a professional for repair or service. Reminder: Before attempting any troubleshooting, unplug the oven from the power source for safety.

My Neff U1421 bottom oven has failed.

Probably the ring element. If the clock is flashing zeros or 8's the bottom oven will not operate but the top will. Make sure the clock is set (doesn't have to be the correct time, just not flashing) If the fan and light then work but no heat, defo the element part no 499003

I have a diplomat double oven no instruction or model no the bottom oven will not turn on and i can not get timer to cancel also an a is flashing on top left hand side of clock can you help ?

Sounds like the flashing 'a' means the timer is in automatic mode. I trust that when you turn the bottom oven to on the oven indicator light does not come on. Turn the bottom oven to ON. Then
have a fiddle with the timer. You have to get it to manuel mode. When it goes on to manuel mode the oven indicator light will come on and the oven will then work.

Hello,
Have you checked that the timer clock is set and not flashing, because the rest of the cooker will work after power outage but for the main/fan oven to work the clock needs resetting.

Hope this helps.

When you turn oven on auto self clean light flashes cleaned oven 3hrs light still flashes bottom element not getting hot

The clocks tell the stove when to start and stop. Has you set the timers right? In other words if you have the start time set to 6pm and it is now 2pm the clean cycle cant start for another 4 hrs.
