My brother recently died and had a Jet 3 Ultra mobility scooter. We have been unable to locate the power cord that attaches under the right arm of the chair to the charger. We cannot locate the manual either. Does anyone know where I can get these things. In order to pay bills, we need to be able to sell the chair and get it in working condition. Would appreciate any help. Thanks.

The Pride Mobility Net 3 ultra has a 3 amp off board charger looks like this and can be purchased from Monster Scooter parts. It plugs into the front of the joystick.

The batteries need charging and when you plug in the charger and the power is on the lights wil flash indicating that the charger is plugged in. Now look at the rear of the chair near where the charger cord plugs into the chair and you should see a voltmeter. With the charger plugged in the voltmeter will indicate about 5-6 amps and after charging overnight the voltmeter should be reading 0 amps. If when you plug in the charger cord and the voltmeter indicates 0 amps then I would suspect that the charger is not working or that the fuse is blown in the charger circuit. The only way to see if the batteries charge would be to borrow or find an offboard charger that will plug into the charger port located under the front of the joystick and after charging for 10-12 hours see if the battery level lights show full charge Hope this helps
You can use the AC charger cord from a computer as a replacement for the AC cord of the charger. If the AC cord plugs into the wall and plugs into the charger or charger receptacle on the back of the power chair, you can use it.
If I remember correctly, This chair has a 4 Amp on-board charger which has an AC receptacle on the back of the chair to plug in an AC cord. The off-board chargers take a universal AC cord which will work with a universal computer AC cord. If the AC cord plugs in, use it.
1st Check the 25amp inline fuse located behind the volt meter. 2nd Check the 50 amp fuse located behind the foot rest. A pin located under the foot rest when pulled out will open the front to access the fuse.
