E02 error code: control board or motor issue. Test the motor first to check if the motor can runing normally. If motor is normal, replace the control board. E03 error code: 1,Turn on the treadmill , motor running a few seconds then stop and console board shows E03, probably the Speed sensor issue.

Hi this is due to the treadmill's belt speed loss.

This happens if the motor is faulty or if the belt is stopped suddenly due to too much weight on it or misuse.

I would have the motor checked if I were you.

E02" You may not have enough voltage going to the machine. Turn the machine off and on
again at the switch at the rear of the treadmill. If this does not fix the problem you may have lower board problem see the diagrams attached and fix it.

I also have this problem. I rang Carl Lewis Support and they said to check the connections on the circuit board (Located in the floor panel next to the motor). If the treadmill had recently been moved something may have been dislodged. I checked mine and found a few loose wires and plugged them fully back in but this didn't help my treadmill. I'm awaiting a response from an e-mail i sent them now.

Your treadmill needs lubricating.
Get a an aerosol with silicone lubricant and spray it under the belt & on top of the ground board.
Then turn the belt by hand (treadmill switched off!) until you've lubricated the whole belt.
Next leave the machine running for 5 minutes at 5 KM/H (3 M/H) without any load on it.

That should do the trick.
