How do I fix a Toshiba Satellite a205-s4797 that gets jumbled right as it reaches the logo screen?

Take out battery from it, and re-insert it after 15 minutes or so. This must make it a hard reset. If it too doesn't help you, make sure there is a software corruption has been occurred. Re-install the O/S is the only solution. Electro help

Go to control panel and click on the Cd/DVDs drive icon and see which letter is assigned to it. It could be F, G, H, etc., but f you type the correct drive letter it will access it.

1. Check you batteries to see if it is fully charged.
2. Then check the power adapter to see if you are getting a charge to the battery.
3. It sounds like the battery is not charge or has a dead cell in it.

simply remove the small panel on the bottom that has the cpu and fan under it, there are a few panels on the bottom for ease of access to the important hardware such as the HDD, RAM cards and the cpu fan and cpu

just ermove the abttery and try to switch it on main power.

Under warranty, send it in asap
