Vodacom sim card says emergency only but the other networks like MTN,CELL C,8TA,VIRGIN does work properly only vodacom but for the past 8 months it was working OK it started while I was busy online

for the internet setting a better way is contact your SIM card customer care to ask and request the internet setting for your phone

In order to activate MMS settings you are required to call your vodacom customer care and ask them what sms you have to send in order to receive mms settings. Once you get the settings save them on your phone and make it default settings. Switch off your mobile take out your sim for 02 minutes and restart your mobile with sim inside it. Now you are ready for sending or receiving mms.

hi what i found was that wen i put the other SIM card in (Vodacom, Mtn) and then went to menu, settings, network, network setup and then said available networks it would come up with three choices Cell C Vodacom MTN. Depending on the SIM card you put in choose the correct network (Vodacom SIM card would choose Vodacom) That fixed my problem hope it fixes yours bye!
