You need a special drive that do just that: instead of printing on paper it is sending the faxes. Check your original CD's, if this machine supports this function, you should have it on the CD.

Yes you can send fax from ppc to konica. As long your konica is network and the function feature is turn on. I setup this features to my customers I been doing this 6 years and to the newer konica minolta machine.
