Why does my verizon tablet keep disconnecting from wifi and not accepting my pasword to get back on

There could be several reasons why your Verizon tablet keeps disconnecting from Wi-Fi and not accepting your password to reconnect. Here are some possible solutions:
  1. Restart your tablet and your Wi-Fi router: Sometimes, simply restarting your tablet and router can help resolve connectivity issues.
  2. Check your Wi-Fi signal strength: Weak Wi-Fi signal strength can cause frequent disconnections. Move closer to the router or try to improve the signal strength by repositioning the router or using a Wi-Fi signal booster.
  3. Check your Wi-Fi network settings: Check if your Wi-Fi network settings match those of your router. Make sure you have the correct security settings and password. Try to forget the network and then reconnect and re-enter your password.
  4. Clear your tablet's cache: Clearing your tablet's cache can sometimes help with connectivity issues. You can do this by going to Settings > Storage > Cached data > Clear cached data.
  5. Check for software updates: Make sure that your tablet is running the latest software updates. Check for updates in Settings > System updates.
  6. Factory reset: As a last resort, you can try doing a factory reset on your tablet. This will erase all data on the tablet, so make sure to back up any important files before doing this. Go to Settings > Backup & reset > Factory data reset.
If none of these solutions work, you may want to contact Verizon customer support for further assistance.

What are wifi networks when setting up tablets

The wi fi networks are whatever is available in your home or public wi fi network. If it is a free wifi network then simply select it from your tablet and it should connect you up. If it is a secured network then it will prompt for the code that has been set up.
Check the manual on page 28.

Will not connect to wifi

  • Touch the Apps Menu button on the Home screen.
  • Open the Settings app.
  • Choose Wireless & Networks.
  • Choose Wi-Fi Settings.
  • Ensure that Wi-Fi is on.
When you see a green check mark next to the Wi-Fi option, Wi-Fi is on.
  • Choose a wireless network from the list.
Available Wi-Fi networks appear at the bottom of the screen. When no wireless networks are listed, you're sort of out of luck regarding wireless access from your current location.
    Optionally, type the network password.
Touch the Password text box to see the onscreen keyboard.
Touch the Show Password check box so that you can see what you're typing; some of those network passwords can be long.
    Touch the Connect button.
You should be immediately connected to the network. If not, try the password again.

Can't connect mini iPad to my wifi my other iPad is connected

Always a good idea to shut down and then turn back on (hold down both home button and power button until it turns all the way off. Wait a couple seconds, then press the power button to turn back on)

    Try wireless again.

    If nothing, then

Obviously check and make sure wifi is on under settings.

    If still nothing,

    Try resetting your network connections:
Settings > General, then tap Reset > Reset Network Settings

If you can't see any wifi networks at all, you might have a bad wifi card in the iPad. Bring back to an apple store.

Hi i have just bpught an android touchpad but cannot get it to open on wi fi networks

You need to add the wireless network in which you want to access. You can do this by following these steps on the tablet:
Press "Settings" button (looks like a filing cabinet on most devices -> then select "Settings" - > then "Wireless and Network" - > then "Wi-Fi Settings" -> then mark the box next to "Wi-Fi" (this will turn on the WiFi antenna -> you will then see the available wireless networks.
