How i fix the heater unit problem?

The temperature of the fixing assembly is abnormally high.

1. Check the Thermistor of the Fixing Unit.
2. Check The Ceramic Heater.
3. Replace the Thermistors of Fixing Unit.

Hello . to clear that error you need to replace the fixing heater unit

E001 0000 Abnormally high temperature (detected by main thermistor)
The main thermistor detected an
abnormally high temperature (240 deg
C) during temperature control.
- Check the connector of the fixing film unit.
- Replace the fixing film unit.
- Replace the DC controller PCB.

E001 0001 Abnormally high temperature (detected by sub thermistor)
The sub thermistor detected an
abnormally high temperature (295 deg
C) during temperature control.
- Check the connector of the fixing film unit.
- Replace the fixing film unit.
- Replace the DC controller PCB.


E808 0000 Fixing drive circuit failure
- The heater does not turn on.
- A fixing drive motor failure was
detected.
- Check the connector of the fixing film unit.
- Replace the fixing film unit.
- Replace the fixing drive motor.
- Replace the DC controller PCB.
- Replace the power supply PCB.

there is something wrong with your copier's fixing unit.FIxing unit is located on upper side of drum unit.you can see when you open copier left door.a caution about heat is displayed there.the main reason of this error is your fixing unit heater not working or its heat is not detected by thermisters.
check all connection , check heater status,check thermister contact or wiring .replace heater or replace fixing unit.

E000 means there is some thing wrong with your fixing unit.machine is not detecting required temprature from fixing unit. remove fixing unit and check all connector.if all is ok then replace heater or replace fixing unit.

You need to remove fixing unit and look for broken gears, bushings or security pins on fixing upper roller.

the problem you are having is with what is known as the fuser and its temprature be it too high or too low either way you should have a certified technician look at it
