I think you mean an UN Loader this is a valve that redirects (bypasses) the pressureized water back into the intake when you release the trigger When it is not working the machine continues to build pressure and will bog down

Connect power head directly to power without wands and see if’s working If it’s working you have problems in wands or true hose If power head is not working directly connected to power you have problem with reset switch or power head motor Try to push reset switch several times You have to test hose and wands for continuity and eliminate things by things
Check all ends of your power wand. there should be a little filter and if it gets plugged the motor will shut down. Check both ends of your wand. The sprayer end should come off and mine has a filter if you take the sprayer end off.
Have you changed the tps? The tps is like a dimmer switch with the idle being the lowest setting and everything above that being progressively stronger. If the switch is bad it will not advance spark or gas flow.
