Have u tried unplugging it for about 2m and plug it bk in that will master reset everything like u just bought it and see how that's works out

The mother board is going out, or the drain pump is failing. Try un plugging it...... by which i mean turning the power off to the unit and doing a soft reset. See if it recycles into the normal mode and works.

sounds like a shorted machine due to water or moister? In most case you had a fuse blow on the machine somewhat like a thermal shut off fuse, most likely located in the panel. if this is the case u need to find out what shorted it, how water or moister got in? You can also look at the control curcuit board and look for burned seized transistors or areas indicating a burned out board.

IT MAY BE THE SWITCH WHERE YOU SHUT THE DOOR CHECK TO SEE IF IT LOOKS OK OR BROKEN! ALSO YOU MIGHT TRY TAKING OFF THE CONTROL PANEL TO SEE IF THEIR IS ANY LOOSE CONNECTIONS YOU MIGHT TRY UNPLUGGING THEM AND BACK IN AGAIN. YOU MAY ALSO TRY A HARD RESET UNPLUG FOR 30 MIN.

Did you try just unplugging from the wall outlet, and let sit for 15 seconds and plugging back in. Sort of like a re-boot on the computer? Just a suggestion.

Try cutting power to it at breaker box and see if electronics will reset. If not, sounds like a control board problem

try your outlet,,plug something else there to see if you have current if so make sure breaker is 15 amps or better with washer on line alone..if good bad door switch..

possibly your heater is shorting.
