I am A+ computer qualified and many years with electronics and home repair. I can do this myself. I can make a device from schematics. All I need is a little information.
You might be a computer engineer; but not a TV repair mechanic. Keep it in mind. As I understand, you have self dignity, and a thinking that you can do any repair to electronic devices. Brother. you;re absolutely wrong. I do not have that type of thinking, even after 44 years in electronic equipment service field.
SURE; YOU CAN'T MAKE IT RIGHT, EVEN YOU GET ANY INFORMATION.

6432TE TV. The On Screen Display
comes on by itself, more and more.
Once it turned off. Many times now
the volume goes to 0 by itself.
comes off of mute in 5 minutes
instead of 15 minutes. Sometimes it delays responding to remote control commands, and changed from "Manual" settings (for color, tint, contrast etc) mode to "Sport".
Where do I get parts and a Schematic for this TV? Sylvania 32" 6432TE CRT.
From your brief description, it sounds that the fault should be at its SMPS section circuit. The output from the SMPS might be abnormal; especially to low voltage outputs. Check all the filter capacitor connected to rectified DC outputs at SMPS section. Take much care to 12V and less output terminals. If these voltages will go very low, the main system control section won't get sufficient voltage; and the fault you described here can occur. To get the circuit diagram, refer the site I linked previously. Type in the "Main IC number" of your set in the search box, and proceed.
