Remove user log on pass word

normally the academy will issue you with the user name and a password that you change to a secure password after you log on
after that it is a matter of opening the site and logging on using their user name given to you and your pass word

Are you logging in on a secondary login? This might be why....I don't know what operating system you have but you should go to control panel and the go to users. You must create your own user name to login to, or if you have been using this other persons for a while and downloaded anything to their user name...I would see if you can edit the user name you have been using and type in your name then"..once you create a new user name you are going to have to create everything you have been using on the other persons login and copy to the new login.

If You are using a windows XP, the solution is for You to turn on the laptop allow it booth, once it gets to the log in page, press the ctrl+alt+delete button, then a page will come up, You will have the page where You will have to enter the user name and the password, just type Administrator in the user name and leave the password blank and press enter or log in, it will log in for You, there You can access the user profile and change the password through the control panel.

If You are using the windows vista, then when You get to the log in page, then You press the control+alt+delete button, then You select start new task, then the computer will log in with a neutral profile, after it has one that, then You can go to the control panel and change the password for the user profile You used to lock the password.

• else create a new windows admin account
  

log on with administrator to open with administrator hold the ctrl+alt and press delete button 2 times a window will pop-up write administrator in user name field and enter and if it has password type the password and enter >go to control panel>click on user account and delete all the user.
