I have a CF-53. While I was in the BIOS, I had loaded the default BIOS settings. After rebooting, I realized my BIOS was now password protected!! WTH?? I called Panasonic Tech Support at 800-527-8675. The tech was VERY knowledgable, and when I explained the situation to him, he said that didn't seem normal and that Panasonic doesn't normally password protect the BIOS. On what seemed purely like a hunch, he suggested typing in "password" - Voila! It worked!! Thanks Panasonic Dude!!!
It must be a startup problem or a problem with hardware.
first go to your bios (when the computer logging on it should say to start F2 or DEL to acess the setup), in the bios go to boot order and make sure the first boot device is the disc.
If you continue with the same problem, try to take your computer memories (RAM) and clean them with a eraser before mount them again.
Please set date and time bios correctly then press F10 to save. After saving the computer start normally every startup. But you should check your com battery is good condition other ways the system not run correctly. To replace com battery if in case is dead.
If you've some experience you can replace it at your home. All of you need is a screw driver for remove the back panal. On the back side you can see the CMOS battery.
you can buy it your nearest Computer pheriperal sales center.
Press F8 as the laptop boots up and then select Start in Safe Mode.
Then Click on Start - Programs - Accessories - System Tools - System Restore and click on a restore date before you add the SD card and follow the instructions.
This may return your computer back to where it was before your problems started.
Duing the startup, can you hit F8 just after the bios shows. You should see a list. If you choose, last known good configuration, what happens? If it blue screen's again, can you startup in safe mode? This is also a item on the list from F8.
Did you install any drivers recently, in the last day or two?
If so, when you boot into safemode, uninstall that driver and try to boot to windows normally.
If you wish to change some setting in BIOS, you can try the alternative method to access its properties.
Go to Start --> Open Run --> Type in msconfig
Here you can change the boot timing and Normal, Selective or Diagnostic Startup.
Also disable the startup applications.
For BIOS go to update as per your Motherboard and Computer configuration from Microsoft website and MoBo Website.
Kind of a vague problem... Many times on BIOS startup you will get an internal beep, but should not affect your computer from booting normally. When you say it sometimes doesn't start normally, what do you mean by that?
