did you clean out the duct that the lint filter slides down into?also remove the vent line from the back of dryer and start it,if it blows strong you still have something in the vent line,stick a leaf blower into the vent line and blow it out to the outside,if the vent is clear then you know there's a block in the dryer or you have a bad blower wheel,if the wheel is bad when you first start it you might hear the blower wheel banging around or make a sound that isn't supposed to be there,i don't know what a kirkland dryer is so next time open the door and send the model number off of the dryer.
soundes to me like the thermal relay has opened. You have to remove the back and check all fuses....some are round some are oblong. remove both wires and test for continuity.
broken coupler. device between motor and gearcase, look under washer behind the motor for small plastic and rubber coupler. may be worn or broken. cheap part/fairly simple fix. parts house will run ou through the process or i can provide details when you are ready.
