How do I get it out of sleep mode?

Not sure that the model number is correct. Nothing shows on their site. Contact them direct.

Sounds more like you need a new battery. Turning the ignition on will take any car out of sleep mode.

Enter CONTROL PANEL in the energy section, check the options to prevent the SLEEP MODE disable sound, and other functions TO SAVE ENERGY.

2. hardware and sound
3. power options
4. change when the computer sleeps
5. put the computer to sleep change to never at battery, and never to plug in mode

If it comes out of "sleep mode" every 10 minutes, and you haven't touched the printer or sent any data to the printer, try unplugging the LAN cable for 15 minutes. If the printer stays in "sleep mode"either the formatter is bad or whatever is on the other end of the LAN cable could be bad. If you can put the printer on another PC to see what happens, that would really help you out.

Sounds like a bad graphics card. Try using monitor wit another computer and see if the problem still exists. This rules out the display.

power down, everything, leave it off for a few minutes, turn it back on.. when it gets booted, disable sleep mode option in advanced power features.

If you unplug the unit for an hour or overnight, it should go out of sleep mode. If this dosent work then its not in sleep mode and the set has a problem in the power supply or the sweep circuit. Sorry you should seek a pro to assist you in this repair. Good Luck
