What if I've lost the remote? How can I solve this problem?

  • richie46 Apr 03, 2016

U don't unless you acquire an original remote with the button for that feature. A universal will not do it for you.

Hi Linda,

What browser are you using? Typically, when viewing a Netflix title, there should be a little full screen button on the bottom right corner that you can click on to take it full screen.

I've included the troubleshooting guide from Netflix below for full screen issues:

Netflix full screen is not working on my computer

Hope this helps!
