I have a timex iron man watch. It jumps ahead 2 hours on occasion. Another time it jumped back 2 hours. what can I do?

yes it can be replace. you can sent your watch to timex service centers or you can ask for a spare in other watch repair shop.

I assume that you do not have the instructions for your watch.


You can get instructions from the Timex web site "timex.com".

At the bottom of the screen click on "manuals/downloads", then on "product
manual download"

Enter your watch type in the search box and click on "search"

With the time showing, hold down the set button for about 3 seconds - it should switch to the city display. Use the receive/start/stop button to select your city (probably CHI) and press set again to save.

good morning ! try to short the reset pad on the pcb of your watch ,just open the case back and use a twisser to short the reset pad ! good luck !....

While the time is displaying on watch press & hold the set/indiglo or top left button on watch. The seconds should start to flash.

Press the mode or bottom left button until the hour digits start to flash.

Press top right or start/stop button to advance the hour. Then press top left or set/indiglo button to exit set mode.
