I need more detail about what you are doing though. Are you removing the card and placing it in the computer or are you connecting your camera to the PC using a USB cable? If it is just the photos you have on the card that are messed up, try to copy the photos you can see to the PC. Try to transfer them all to a folder on the PC. You may be able to recover your photos with software. You can download "Recuva" free at this site: http://www.filehippo.com/download_recuva .This software can recover corrupted files. You should have the memory card in a USB adapter connected to the PC for this software to work well. Your card probably needs to be formatted, using the menu on your camera, after you have recovered your photos. That is the most common cause of file errors in cameras. It is good practice to format you memory card fairly often after the photos have been removed. If you have a second card, try taking three or four pictures on it and see if you can access them okay.That would prove there is nothing wrong with your camera.

ALTERNATE WAY TO TRANSFER PHOTOS AND VIDEOS TO A COMPUTER
If your photos and videos are stored on the memory card, then remove the memory card from the camera and insert it into an USB memory card reader. Connect this USB memory card reader and memory card into the USB port of your working computer. Your computer will see this as an USB Mass Storage Device or an external storage device; you can then open the folder on the memory card and copy the photos to your computer. If the files themselves are actually corrupted, there is not a way to fix them-- if instead there was some sort of error with the transfer of information between the camera and computer, then this is something that you can troubleshoot.

Mobiles are 3GP file formt. You need software drivers that will allow your media player to handle 3GP filetype. Did you get a PC studio disk with the phone? This may be able to help in the tutorial.
