First you need to use computer to double check if you can access your google or gmail account by logging in. If you can not log in to your google account or gmail account by using computer that means you enter wrong password. This can happen due to your google and gmail account has been hacked by another person who did logged using your password then after they logged in they changed the password and so on ...your profile info has been changed too.

If you can log in to your google or gmail using computer that means the problem is not your google gmail account issue the problem is your phone ( hardware problem) if you did reset your phone how do you reset it ? soft reset or hard reset ? Hard reset is reset and restore to manufacturing setting it would erase all of your personal data and restore your phone back to original setting. If you did this step but still having problem then i recommend you to borrow any smartphone ( from family member or your best friend ) use that phone try to access your google and gmail account. If you use difference phone and you can logged in and access your account then ...no need to say it is your phone having a problem ! Change to use a new sim card to see if problem fix if not ......then i think it about time you need to get another new phone.

Good Luck.

It seems that you have a firewall setting not allowing you to google.
Open your antivirus or firewall settings and ADD an exception for Google.

If you could give more details on the Tablet operating system and antivirus, I could help you more.

If it give you "This user name is not valid." you may have entered your Google username/password incorrectly. Otherwise, you may have corrupted a file on the phone. Please contact your phone brand(HTC, Android[Google], etc.) for information.

SOURCE: I need help on my google account I don't have the phone number anymore I change my number so therefore I cannot get my security code and forgot my password to my gmail?

Hi
If you go through to this page:
Having trouble signing in
and click in the appropriate places - one of the pages has "I can't access this phone" button and clicking this takes you to a page where you can enter your recovery email address and an email will be sent there. If you didn't enter a recovery email address then also on this page is an option to "verify your identity" by answering multiple questions about your account. This should work.
Hope this is helpful, if so would you please register that with Fixya
Cheers

SOURCE: I created another account in Google. How do I access it. I am continuing to access only 1 account.

Sign out of Google and there will appear a "sign in to your account" page and a button below that says "add account". Then forward one email account to another and you only need to access one account.

Hi Mike Smith, in order to gain access with your device, you must log in with previously entered google account with that device. If you are having issue logging in to your account, visit the link below for more help about recovering your google account:

My Google play services has been down 4 about 3 weeks now & I can't get into my gmail, Google play services, you tube, Google music, inbox, etc., etc. What do I do???????

Google Email: Can't log in or access anything Google:

Hello. Yes, once you log into your Google Account, you will have access to all things Google. Without that account login you will not be able to access anything Google related except Google Internet Search.

As a temporary fix, so that you have access to Google Services, create a new Google account..
Settings>General>Accounts>Add Account>Google

  • so, think of another name you can create the new Google account to be.. I would pick your last name first then first name and a number (eg: [email protected])
  • i would use the same password or a password you can easily remember for the time being so that you don't get mixed up/confused

  • then use this new Gmail account to temporarily get Google services back. it won't be your original account with all your data, but at least it allows you access NOW to whatever you need it for (like to access Google Play Store so that you can install an application to use on your smartphone)
  • on a piece of paper or in a notepad app on your phone, write down your new Temporary use Gmail account name and password, so that you don't forget and so you can login again if need to. (We will log out when we try to fix your original account)

  • when you find time we can try to get back into your old account so that you can access your emails, phone contacts, etc that's stored in your original Gmail account

CreateNewGoogleAcct.mp4
(note: depending on the device used, manufacturer, Android software firmware version#, and cellular service provider.. the settings menu system may look a little different. Keep this in mind when following instructional tutorials of a different device then yours)

Procedure to:
GET BACK INTO YOUR ORIGINAL GMAIL ACCOUNT:

Open your internet browser:
If you forgot your password, you can reset it, go here:

Having trouble signing in
(to reset password, OR to get a hint to remember username)
(if need to, you can use your new alternate temporary Gmail account to have Google contact you)

or, you can use this Google Access Troubleshooting form:
can access my account
(it looks like the image below)

google-play-services-down-4-about-3-kyzl0pi20tqzz121bvlihxv0-3-0.png

** After you reset your password, then Go back to your phone settings:
Settings>General>Accounts>Google..
Click on your original account name (not your new temp account) and enter your new password you reset to for your old account

*** You should be able to get back into your original account.. If YES!

..then we need to remove the temp account, so that we don't get confused and everything is back to normal.

(you can keep this info for your temp account login somewhere in case you need it again if want. or, use it as a dummy email for telemarketers, people who want your contact but you don't want to talk to, etc)

Go back to:
Settings>General>Accounts>Google
tap on your temporary Gmail account name/address

Tap on the 3 dots (upper right corner):
Select "Remove account"

then you are done

How do I uninstall Google play on a phone someone else put it on.

Hey Zane Leas,

If you have already suspended the service, and the funds in your service account is what was paying for the apps, you will not be charged for new apps seeing there is no service paying for them.

Also, if the phone is no longer using your Google account, the new apps will not save to your account. Now if the phone is still using your Gmail Address, reset your password, and deauthorize the device with the Google My Devices link.

Or, call your cell phone provider back, and have them perform a master reset on the device. They can also Blacklist the IMEI/MEID number, preventing the phone from being activated with another carrier, where they may be able to use your Google Account to purchase new app.

Hope this helps. :-)

I have forgotten my password to my gmail account. I can neither recover with my new phone number or using another email address.

Typically the answer to your question is, yes there is a way to contact google, but you won't get your account back. You need to have some way to verify your account and if you never setup any verifications then you won't have access to any to retrieve a lost account.

Account Recovery Services

Lost Password Form

If you never setup any security questions/ extra email accounts/ attached a phone number to your account/ etc, then you will very likely not get access again. They do this for security reasons. If they can't be sure they are talking to who owns that account, then they won't give you access, and knowing what emails are in the inbox won't help you.

recovery by email:
https://support.google.com/accounts/answer/183726
Recovery email address You don't have to provide a recovery email address, but we strongly encourage you to. Once you've started using Google as a signed-in user, we'll use your recovery email address to communicate with you under the following circumstances:
  • We need to confirm your username after you create an address
  • You can't sign in to Google
  • You've forgotten your password
  • You're about to run out of storage space
  • We need to alert you to any unusual activity involving your address
If you use Gmail, you may have added a recovery email address to your account when you first signed up. If you don't use Gmail, your password recovery address is the email address you used to sign up for your account (for example:[email protected])
To change or add a recovery address:
  1. Go to your Google Account Settings page.
  2. Scroll down to the "Signing in" box.
  3. Click Recovery email.
  4. Add your recovery email address.
  5. Click Done.
Your recovery address should be an email address that you use regularly.

Having a mobile phone number on your account is one of the easiest and most reliable ways to help keep your account safe and ensure that you can get back into your account if your account is taken over or you forget your password. Your mobile phone is a more secure identification method than your recovery email address or a security question because, unlike the other two, you have physical possession of your mobile phone.
Hackers target accounts without phones because they're easier targets. Add a phone and join hundreds of millions of other Google users who have helped stop hackers in their tracks.

To add a recovery phone number to your account:

  1. Go to your Google Account Settings page
  2. In the Personal info section, click Phone.
  3. In the Recovery phone section, click to add a recovery phone number if you don't have one yet.

Ways we will use your mobile phone number

We'll only use your mobile phone number to ensure the security of your account. Here are some ways we'll use it:
  • To challenge people when they try to take ownership of your account
  • To send you a verification code so you can get into your account if you ever lose access
  • To provide an alternate way for you to verify that you own an account
  • To help prevent people from getting into your account by guessing the answer to your security question
  • Optional: To alert you to possible threats to your account's security (for example, when your password is changed)

Ways we won't use your mobile phone number

Unless you make a specific request, we won't use your mobile phone number for anything other than protecting your account. For example, unless you tell us to, we'll never:
  • Sell your phone number to other companies or organizations
  • Call you for marketing purposes
  • Publish your phone number online

What type of phone you should use

You should use a mobile phone number so that you always have access to it. It's important that you can receive security alerts as soon as possible so that you can help keep your account safe.
