Hi , If you've changed service providers then you'll need to ring your new service provider and tell them you'd still like to use your old cell phone number BUT if you're putting your sim card into a new or different cell phone make sure that cell phone isn't locked to a different service provider than your sim cards provider, I hope this helped... Hi Mike, If you've locked your cell phone through entering an incorrect pin number 3 times then you need a Puk code, Ring your service provider and they will give you the FREE Puk code.....
If you lock your cell phone again sometime in the future and you're still with the same service provider you can use that same Puk code.. CHEERS..
