Check and replace damaged component/s at its horizontal scan output section circuit. Check the LOT (Line Output Transformer) too for damage. Replace the horizontal scan output transistor. try to fine tune your tv using the remote control, or, if you had knowleged in electronics adjust the sound IF transformer using a wood stick or plastic don't use a metal in adjusting the IF
