Testing LCD TV Power Supply BoardsSTEP BY STEP

Ok. I got my tv back on.
I pulled off the back cover and found the relay that was clicking.
I have two blue relays next to each other that click when the power is pushed.
I placed a hair dryer over the relays for about a minute.
Once heated up, it only took 4 tries to get the TV to stay on.

I think its something on the picture frame board or on the line output board. I would sway to the line output simply because I think but not sure that error code is linked to the line output stage plus when you unplugged the cable the voltage seems within parameters. Good luck.

Most likely the YSCAN UPPER board and/or YSCAN LOWER Board also gone. Your new YSUS board may damage again if you don't replace the bad YSCAN boards. Try to replace the three boards together and then to verify which boards are bad one by one. Good luck.

Five buck solution; If you have any tek skills at all and are feeling adventurous; UNPLUG THE POWER, remove the back panel; You will be faced with the mainboard. In the lower right quadrant you will see two small capacitors, like tiny yellowish coke cans. If these are bulging, there lies your problem. These must be replaced. If you have no soldering skills, take only the mainboard to a fixit shop and have them solder in the two capacitors easily found on line. No guarantee's but worth a try
