are you talking about the handle or the dead man lever? the safety lever usually fits into two holes in the upper handle and pivots up to meet top handle bar for operation. this pulls a cable tight allowing mower to run. Make sure main handle is up and tight then try to fit one end on lever into one hole and then slightly bend other end to fit into opposite hole.

Depending on which Safety 1st stroller you have it may be possible to add a Safety 1st carseat.

That model has been recalled for missing safety pegs on the legs. If any of the legs of your crib are missing the safety pegs, call Delta at (800) 816-5304 for a free repair kit. (I would probably call them anyway just to clarify if there are any further problems with your particular model)

The Assembly instructions for hte 1322 crib show it is part #8, but I see the stabilizing bar as permanently attached to the catch lever which is #7. The gate shoes (part that actually latches), is part #12... there are two of these which clip into the catch lever (#8) when the side is elevated.
