Camera taking pink photos during the day. whats Wrong?

Is the compressor running? If not - the timer could be stuck in defrost mode. If it is ruinning, then the freezer coil should be cold. If it is choked with frost & ice - then the defrost heater isn't getting powered (bad timer or defrost terminator - or is getting powered but has burned out.

You should allow the ice and frost to melt completely before turning back on again. Typically ice and frost don't build up so bad in a few days time to cause the temperature rise you're describing If getting cold - the compressor and refrigerant is likely OK, if not the defrost circuit is suspect. If compressor running but not getting cold - a refrigerant leak / charge level may be causing the problem.

Did you accidentally switch the the camera to manual mode or to night shots. (night portrait) in scene?
Just chose the little camera logo on the mode dial and try again. If you still have problems I hope to hear from you.

The seal on the door is not making contact with the fridge. Take a hair dryer on moderate heat setting close the door and heat up the seal where the frost is until it gets flexible and makes contact with the fridge for a good seal. Should happen in about 30-45 seconds. I had the same problem, waited around all day for a service tech to come and he did this in a minute. I was not happy and was like why did you not just tell me to do that over the phone.

Possible that the shutter/focus mode is not set to outdoor in your mode settings. try to choose auto settings and see if the fault changes. If not use the scene mode for outdoor so that the sky gives a true shade. hope you try. Good day

there are many reasons for blurry pictures: unsteady hand, you have selected to slow a picture speed, there is not enough light in the room. make sure the camera is on auto and there is sufficient light. try taking your photos outside during the day to test the camera.

Check your ISO setting. Try "auto ISO".

my friend ur CCD is getting weak this is the first sign of the problem when u get lines hor and vertcal and sun light pics are blurred and over exposed after that this problem extends to the indoor shots as well pls confirm it thru service centre for 100% ,

Set your camera to factory defaults in the camera setup.
Also take your backup first.

maybe you use wrong white balance, test auto and manual white balance; if there is pink again then your camera have hard ware problem (CCD for exaple). I hope this helps...

If the pink & white pics are a small percentage of your photos you should probably just live with it. I have 6 cameras in operation for 2 yrs & they have about 10% like this. Great pics otherwise. Probably caused by the angle of the sun or reflection of the flash off a nearby object.
