Why can't I get into my Facebook at all ?

Get your daughter to go into her Facebook account.
Ask her to go into account settings. You will find an area that allows you to sign in it of ALL devices.

This should disconnect her Facebook account from your iPad.
Uninstall the Facebook app. Soft reset the device (power and home button) then reinstall the app when it comes back on.

Make sure all your software upates are complete and goto App store and try downloading app.

"Connection timed out" can be a problem at your end, at the far end, or in between. Try going to a different page - if you were trying to get to Google, try Yahoo, Facebook, or DrudgeReport instead. If all those fail, it's probably not a problem on the far end. It might be communications, it might be your phone. You could try turning off your phone - I mean really turn it all the way off, not just turn the screen off. If it has an alarm clock function and that still works, your phone's not off. If it has any light on at all or responds to your touch in any way, it's not off. Once it's off, let it sit for 2 minutes or so and then start it up again. Watch for any error messages or alert boxes. Without more information from you, I can't really help you figure out if it's your phone or the network.

I would go into google App Store and delete this app. I would find another even a desktop one would be beneficial over a non working app. Even go on the web and download one from there.

First question do you use the Facebook App? If so you will need to log out of not only the safari Facebook page and also the Facebook App too or it will remember the account that you are logged into on the App or on Facebook. But another thing you will want to do is clear the cache/history out of Safari. To clear the history out of Safari you will need to start safari and then click on the open book icon, then make sure the open book is again selected near the top left and you should see a star with favorites, a clock with history next to it. You want to touch history and and then in the lower right corner hit clear, then another prompt will ask you what part of the history you want to clear. I would recommend selecting clear all history. Finally, hit Done in the upper right corner. Now Safari will not remember your last facebook login assuming you logged out and your facebook app is logged out as well.

Point your web browser at http://www.facebook.com

If another account comes up, log out of it by clicking the down-pointing triangle in the upper-right then clicking "Log Out."

Then sign up for another Facebook account, using a different email address and phone number.

If realoding fails, download clean master and clean junk or memory boost.

Assuming this app is on an iOS device (Apple). Following these Several steps should resolve your issue, firstly quit the app entirely by using four fingers swipe up on the tablet, or press the home button twice, either step will show the active apps, find the Facebook app, then with a single finger swipe up, this step should see the app move upwards on the screen, quitting the app. Theis next step requires you to hold the power button and the home button at the same time, until the device shutsdown and the logo appears, then let go of both buttons allowing the device to start/boot completely. Locate your Facebook app, start it, does the problem still exist?
