I have new ink cartridges and have tried cleaning the nozzles and still have the black coming out black and red. What might the problem be?.
I ran a full clean and maintenance on mine and it worked fine for another month but then it started smudging and putting lines over he paper again. I ended up throwing it and buying a new printer as the Guy at the shop said its worn out. After 4 years of heavy duty printing, it wasnt a bad run.
Testimonial: "I was worried I might have to. Mine has had heavy use and I think is about 3 yrs old."
