There is a problem with mcu. Try reconect mcu plugs

1, The error code 024-360 denotes that the printhead is unable to move independently from either of the sides or tilt properly. Turn on the Xerox 7345 machine and remove the access covers.
2, Locate the print head pivot block that safeguards the printheads. This pivot block gets contaminated with ink often. Now, power off the machine and disconnect the power cable from the power source. Locate the thumb screws and remove them using a screwdriver.
3, Slide the document feeder and the scanner front & back, depress the tabs, and completely remove them. This is done so that you can access the pivot block.
4, Now, open the front door and locate the drum unit assembly. Check if there is a damage on the drum. If so, purchase a new drum unit assembly from a trusted seller.
5, Replace the old one with the new unit.

Your is an "ATC error" indicating that the density test has failed for Black. There are many possibilities, but here are the top 5:

1) Dirty or defective ATC sensor (130K63000) (difficult to reach..recommended to be done by technician)
2) Defective Developer (802k60194) (also difficult) You also need Developer Charge Powder (604K22550)
3) Defective ATC Clutch (121K23270) (also difficult to reach)
4) Drum (013R00624) not turning, or bad drum
5) Drum motor (007K88604) not turning
