Where can I get user guide for unidentified hard drive?

Unidentified DMA error either means a faulty drive, cable or motherboard controller.

Test the drive on a differrent computer using a different cable. If it works the motherboard or cable is the issue. If not the drive is failing, If you need the files that are on the drive request the assistance of a professional facility like www.armor-it.com. If not simply replace the drive and re-install wondows on the machine.

The SimpleTech user guide (http://www.simpletech.com/support/guides/user-guides/Duo-Pro-User-Guide-11012007.pdf) does not correctly describe the reset sequence to switch the RAID level.
The correct reset steps, I learned after talking to technical support, are:
Power down
Depress (and hold) reset button
Power up
Wait 10 seconds
Release reset button
