I started an email account and now I can not get into it. I just opened up why is that?

Outlook is capable of connecting to many different email servers to download and manage your emails - You need to start outlook, add an account, enter the account details (username, email address, password, incoming and outgoing server settings, encryption settings, etc.) - if you don't know your email account details you need to obtain these from your email provider, e.g. AOL, comcast, Virgin, BT, etc. The part of your email address after the @ sign will tell you who provides (or 'hosts') your email account

Try setting up a gmail account or some other email service than yahoo.

Go to the Amazon main page and click on sign in . Just below it says, new customers start here. Enter your information and select create account. They will send you an email to your email service so go to your email and select that email. Confirm your email address relating to your new account and go back to Amazon and sign in.

Hi! It's for reasons of security that the email servers don't allow a user to open multiple accounts of the same service at the same time. For eg: The e-mail account you open first in the web browser would open up in all the other tabs of the browser unless you log out from the same. However, a workaround for your case could be using another web browser to access another account .. like if the first account is opened in Internet explorer, make use of Mozilla Firefox to open another account at the same time.

The only way to have those emails sent to you, is to have your email account (the one you can't remember) set up to forward it to your new email account. Since you can't remember your old email account, there's really not much you can do, you'll be starting all over.
Did you try the user name, or password recovery for your old account?

It appears that the old account has been replaced by the new...When opening an account its not advisable to use the same email address even of the passwords differ. Unfortunately you will need to open a new account for both daughters using different email addresses. An option to is for Olivia to go to her email account, where facebook would have sent an application email throught to her and open the email..there will be an option for her there to view the email sent and this could possibly take her back to her old page asking her for her email and password, which she can enter.Hope this solution will help

(Outlook Express) Email is not configured to relay mail to address
Try this settings:

Outlook Express

1. Click Tools then Accounts
2. Click Mail
3. Click Properties
4. Click Servers
5. In the Account Name field, it should be the first part of your email address (probably it's like this already).
6. Put a checkmark by My Server Requires Authentication at the bottom of the page.
7. Click Settings
8. Select Log on Using
   • Type Account Name (which will be your full email address)
   • Type Password (which will be your email address password)
9. Click Apply
10. Click OK
11. Click Close
    

This should fix the Outlook Express to send email, close Outlook Express and re-open it to start sending mail.

Microsoft Outlook

1. Click Tools then Email Accounts (Accounts and Services on older versions of Outlook)
2. Click View and Change and Click Next (skip if it opens up to the account screen)
3. Click Change or Properties of your Email Account
4. Click More Settings
5. Click Outgoing Server
6. Check My Server Uses Authentication
7. Select Log on Using
   • Type Account Name (which will be your full email address)
   • Type Password (which will be your email address password)
8. Click OK
9. Click Next
10. Click Finish
    

This should fix the Outlook to send email. Close Outlook and re-open it to start sending mail.

Hi,
You need to review the policy google has on email accounts. Perhaps you violated it by keeping your account dormant for so long. Nothing stops you from starting afresh and opening a new account....just make sure you are opening an email account you will use and not for openings sake.

unfortuantley if you do not have a real email account then myspace will not be able to foward you your password so there is not much you can do, except open another account using your real email details. I am surprised that you was able to open one in the first place without a real email account as they would normally ask you to verify your email before your account is created. Try making a new account with real email details and start again, and pass on your new details to your friends.
