I Ask a Mechanic to change Starter and now most light are dead.

starter dead silent will not crank the engine?
or starter works fast ,engines cranks but will not start the engine, or runs for 10sec or runs longer and stalls
?
the word start alone means zero.

what does fan mean, engine or dash heater blower?

if starter is dead, silent, just clicks or chatters say so
or if starter motor does crank the engine fast say so
and say cranks but does not start.

You got a jump and it ran fine? It's your battery. The lights and radio are much easier for a battery to handle than spinning a car engine. Again, if all you needed was a jump, you have a bad battery.

Have the starter tested to make sure it is good.

The starter need a lot more charge to crank the engine then lights, door lock and other auxiliary equipment. So it could be a battery. Try jump wire your car. If this does not help - check the starter relay in the relay box of engine compartment.

It is probably your starter. If it doesn't make a noise when you turn it, starter. Check fuses as well.

sounds like starter is locked up replace starter /take off have it checked it's got to come off any way's

this sounds like a bad connection at the battery or a bad starter, next time it doesnt start check to see if you have headlights, this way you will know if the battery is really dead,a bad starter will seem like a dead battery and when you jump it the extra voltage make the starter spin,so next time check for headlights and if they work good and strong then you may have a starter problem,if they are also dead then you may have a connection or alternator problem.

Your battery is too weak to turn the starter. The starter takes much more power than the lights or anything else.

This is most likely a dead starter.

My daughters did the same thing 2001 Sebring--red cable under manifold lose try moving it toward you a little this cable goes to the starter and runs to the battery thats located in wheel well of all places
