Unfortunately this depends on how you stored the contacts and where you deleted them from. Contacts can be stored on the SIM card or directly in the phones memory. You can also move and copy the contacts both ways. If you go into your address book, and select the menu option (typically the top left button), you should see something about SIM management. This option will allow you to try and retrieve what contacts you may have on the SIM card. Hopefully all you did was delete the contacts on the phone itself, and you still of most of them on the SIM.

Contact your carrier to get your contacts back. Verizon offers auto back up for this on some phones and some accts. You might get lucky. I do not think your messages are retrievable

Once you delete a contact from your nokia 2600c, you will not be able to retrieve the contact anymore, except you have backed up before you deleted the contact, and you will have to damage your present sim before you can used the sim you backed up your contacts on.

Unless you have used any feature(wireless back up, mobile sync, etc.) through your carrier allowing you to back up/store contacts you cannot retrieve any contacts.
