Any Uhf Motorola business radio can be programmed to match. None of the toy radios will ever work. (GMRS/FRS)
Easiest to self program will be the the XTN, also called CP100, and RD (RDU) and even older Spirit and SP10 are possible, but harder. RD's are really hard without the programming cable, available from a dealer.
The next generation of Motorola radios following the MU series were the XTN, followed by the RDX series (aka RDU) and now the RM series. Any of them would be programmable to match your MU series radios. Many MU series radios are the older wideband channel spacing. One way to tell if your radios have some narrowband channels installed is to look at the front label. If the word "Spirit" has the letter i's dotted with red dots, there are two of the mandated narrowband channels installed, commonly referred to as J and K dot frequencies.

Any programmable UHF 450-470MHz mobile radio could be programmed to the frequencies of the Spirit MU series radios.
Your radios are 2 watts, so you would probably want to stay with a 1-10 watt, or 10-25 watt mobile radio, to have the best success. The current compatible model for Motorola is the CM200 UHF radio. If you are looking at a used radio, just simply watch for it to be UHF 450-470 MHz.
Then when you are ready to have the mobile radio programmed, the dealer (or programmer) will need to know the settings of your MU radios. These are easily read out over the phone, or in person by an experienced programmer.
