My battery gone bad,model:pdb-702 need to replace it.

Do NOT buy from this company. They will rip you off! I bought two mp3 batteries from this company for a friend and myself for our Dell DJ 20 mp3 players. The website showed they had some in stock so I placed the order and used paypal. The purchase was processed right away but waited a while and received nothing in the mail. Called the company and was told the product was on back order. Waited some more....exactly 1 month after I placed my original order I get an automatic email stating it's been picked up by Canada Post. It's been weeks and nothing still. Have tried to call the company but get a recording saying no one available to take the call. Have emailed but no response either. I contacted paypal and they sent a message saying to resolve the issue to with me but no response either after over a week. I am basically out of $$$ because of the time passed, paypal will not protect me with the purchase. This is probably what the company does...delays so that they won't get charged back to the customer after X-amount of time.

I usually do a bit of research online before dealing with a company but unfortunately I did not with this one. After searching piloshop.ca you will find many others out there with the same story and dissatisfaction.

Avoid Piloshop.ca and save your money.

Maybe you could find your replacement battery @ this site: www.piloshop.ca, they sell pda, cell phone batteries.
