Your computer does not have a HDMI connection or even VGA, there is no direct way to connect to your HDTV. But, all is not lost. Check out Chromecast, it plugs into the HDMI port on your HDTV and connects over your wireless network. 1. Download chrome browser on your pc or tablet, cellphone as chromecast will only talk to this browser.

2. Download the chromecast app and install it on the computing device.

3. Search for a program the chromcast device on the same wireless network, you need to use the power supply provided and plug it into the TV.

4. Setup the chromecast device.

5. Now set up the TV side of things by selecting the USB or HDMI connection.

6. Now it should connect to the Internet, if doesn't check your router is letting it pass through to the internet.

Chromecast is connected to the TV and not to your computer. Your TV should have free HDMI port to connect the Chromecast.
You should WiFi configured and both chromecast and you computer ( you can use wired connection for PC) should be connected to the same network (router).

If it is suppose to connect with wifi then make sure in settings that your wifi is on in our tablet. Or if it is suppose to connect with blue tooth then make sure your blue tooth is on in your tablet.

Hi, did they set your Wifi password back to the original one you had?

Can you still connect to your Wifi network with your phone or tablet?

Ensure that your Wifi password on your modem is the same as before or go though the initial setup again to enable that Chromecast to connect to your network again.
