I have a fitness world treadmill z-2, and it is showing err 2 and if it starts its speed varies in a second on its own... can anyone suggest a good treadmill repair place or person

Hi,
May be its speed senor have some problem. May its faulty or there is dust accumulated on speed sensor. You have asked, to let know where you can get it repaired. but you didn't mentioned in which place is this treadmill.Assumes in India? but where?. Any way i have added the link to FW customer support. hope it will help you.

Error code 2 is a speed error, the machine speed was incorrect for a 2 second period of time without correction.
This is an old treadmill with no manufacturer support anymore, no parts available.

How long does it take for someone to help me, on this site.

Hi. Hoping someone can help. I have a BH fitness pioneer classic model G6442C. It switches on fine but belt wont start turning and after few seconds “E1” error pops up. I have opened the box and tested and no power gets sent to the motor when you press start. “LED2” flashes once belt wont start. Any ideas anyone?

Why does kettler track motion stops working after 3 minutes

After 5 seconds stop the treadmill and err 91 what is the problem , which parts has to replace. Speed censor is good when checked with another pcb.

see the comentary ERR1 indicates a speed issue. In this case, the motor speed as reported from the optic sensor differs
from the speed setting.
Analysis: Optic sensor signal issue -- Either the optic sensor signal is not right, or it is read incorrectly, or
the signal is not reaching the display.

Run the software calibration for easy diagnostic and fix it. God bless you

Err 2 showing on smooth 9.35 treadmill

adjust the SPEED SENSOR, clean it, and tight the connector very well, see the diagram
2) test the input voltage motor, if there are the motor need repair
3) test the output voltage board, for input voltage motor, if there are NOT the board is faulty. see the b. diagram

Moved TM from upstairs to downstairs. Turned it on. Burst of speed then it stopped. Now I just get Err. Motor, everything works. Counts down to 0 and Err. It nearly started once then stopped within 1/2...

I have a Prime Tech Foldable Treadmill that has been working fine but now all of a sudden it will start for 5-6 seconds and then in the Spped screen it reads Err. You cannot do anything without turning...

It's eithe a problem with the speed sensor or the motor controller is bad.
