When a device like that fails completely, and the charger is charging there's only so many things that can go wrong.

  • The device has completely failed (worst case, but, not if nothing happened to it, no plugged in while lightning, no dropping, etc.)
  • The battery won't charge. If it's not easily replaced, see a battery store, they'll usually install one for the cost of the battery, if they can open it.
  • The regulator for charging the battery has failed. This means not only will it not charge the battery; but, it can't tell when the battery is charged, and it will kill the battery, this must be replaced by a repair shop, unless you know an electrician, and have the key to open the tablet.

If lenovo tab 10 does not charge what is the problem.
Are you using the official factory charger? Tablets need more juice than phones, so sometimes a phone charger can't keep up. Otherwise, try not using while charging, see if that works.

Is the charger working? Try measuring its output voltage with voltage meter. Borrow one from a friend if you don't have one. It is usually between 18 and 20 volts.

there is no option to remove battery it is in built.
don't try to switch off tab. leave it for 30 sec. if automatically problem not solved.
just connect with charger and press power button.

Turn off your computer. Remove charge. Remove battery. Hold down the power button for a minute. Connect only power cord and restart it.
IF not working, then you need to either replace charger or it is an issue with connecting port.

Not getting the battery power management sofware
Go to "Power Options" control panel settings. Go to "Advanced" tab page and select the "Always show icon on the taskbar"option if you want to see the "power management icon on the status bar. If you don't need the power management icon all the time and want to see it only when battery is low or so, then you can check the settings on the "Alarms" tab page of the "Power Options" control panel setting.

My r60 model upper tochpad keys not working
Lets see if the Lenovo computers are alike, since I have a T60 version...
Lets start by going to the: -> START button click on the Control Panel -> click on MOUSE -> click on ULTRANAV tab -> there will be a check mark to Enable the Touch Pad Check off the Touch Pad and click on APPLY to save and OK to back out.
Voila, your Touch pad should be working then.
