Sanborn 80 gallon five horse air compressor low psi

https://www.weeklytools.com/top-80-gallon-air-compressors/

80-gallon air compressor is the best air compressor in the present market. Sanborn 80 gallon five-horse air compressor low psi is another air compressor. We live in an age where getting a car online is not a big deal anymore. Tesla, Ford, everyone is getting on the trend now.

But this practice is yet to be prevalent in the industrial machinery market. One of the main reasons for that is the lack of information on large and mid-scale air compressors.

What is the correct oil level for magnaforce 80 gal air compressor?

There are various configurations for this compressor, however if yours has an oil sight glass just till to about center or at top of red dot. If no dot, to center of sight glass. For long life, change oil every 100 hours of use under heavy working conditions or sooner if you notice oil vapor coming out of vent.

Hi,I got a Ingersoll Rand type 30 model 234 compressor. It looks good but it has no motor.I'm thinking like 120v,3horses?,but not sure about rpm.any help would be nice.thanks

According to the information you provided your looking at a 10 HP motor at three phase. Do you have three phase at your location? If not I would look into getting a single phase compressor. If you do want to get it going I would notify your local IR dealer so they can get you the right Model number, RPM, Pulley and Motor Frame Size to match your unit.

Please read below....Jim...if this helped you please send me a positive response...Thanks!

Connecting the compressor to a tank

You left that question rather vague. Are you asking what material? or What size? I normally would run one size larger pipe size than the outlet on the tank, unless the distance is great. You would connect to the tank outlet which is usually 1/2 way up the side of the tank. Use only black iron or copper pipe, plastic pipe is not strong enough for compressed air. There is some plasic tubing rated for air, but that looks sloppy and isn't inexpensive eitehr. Also put a "FRL" between the compressor and piping (FRL=filter regulator lubricator).

IR has not made their owner's manuals available online. You have to contact your nearest dealer in order to get one. If you do get one, could you please consider uploading the manual to fixya.com to help other people who a looking for the same thing.

What is the amt of oil ingersoll-rand 242-5n air compressor need

I don't have the manual for your compressor, but if you drain the oil and then measure the volume of the drained oil, it should be about the same.

If you are wondering about the quantity of oil to purchase, 2 quarts should be more than enough.

Thanks,

TIm
