I know the time is off because I can step out of the office, miss a call while I am gone, listen to the voicemail as soon as I'm back, and it is completely off. I have not been able to find answers in any user guides. Can anyone tell me how to update the time on the voicemail function? The time displayed on the screen is accurate, but the voicemail time is not!!!
If you are using a Mitel 4015 Suoerset I am under the assumption you are using a Mitel SX 200 System. The voicemail time if it is integrated into the system should get its time from the system and is not set individually. The only time it is set individually is if you are running an external voicemail such as a XETA or DUVOICE. Check and see if the time displayed on the phone is accurate, If it is, then there is a good chance you are running an external voicemail system. If you can provide the information on the voicemail system I can get you the information you need to change the time.
I need to know how to change the voicemail TIME STAMP not the password. Neither link is helpful. Sorry.
the top link is the owner's manual any supply the answer I would also suggest calling Mitel directly and talk to technical support or customer support. I will try and get the number for you.
