Okay try the usual defaults eg 1111 or 1234 .which service are you trying to access.google the default for that service usually 4 numbers.sometimes 8 if you can't get anywhere contact the provider and get them to email you a reset.

Xbox accounts are now considered microsoft accounts so you can reset the password, questions, etc. at live.com from any computer. If you haven't logged in from that computer, it will ask for verification. Which means texting/emailing/etc a pin code to you and you keying it in on the website. Once that code has been entered, it should let you update your security questions, password, etc.
