Why did it stop working?

I can get it to go slowly by moving the head. But it runs very slowly. It is fully charged by the light indicator.

Is the CHARGE indicator lit while engine is running?... regardless check battery voltage with a DMM. With engine running at medium throttle battery voltage should be >13.0VDC. Less than 12.6VDC implies charging system and/or battery failure. Less than 12.0VDC and electronics may not work properly.

Panasonic CF-29 not charging, I've changed the battery and tried 3 different chargers but it still won't charge. What else can I try? I'm willing to go inside and even solder if I have to.

I would look at the charging port on the laptop itself. It may be bad or not fully attached to the motherboard. Does the charge indicator light come on? If not, try cleaning it with rubbing alcohol and then slowly moving the charging plug around where it connects to the laptop and see if the light comes on at all. If that doesn't work, you could disassemble the laptop and look at the connection/solder joints. This or similar video's may help in doing that - How to Remove Bottom Bezel on the Toughbook 29

Gogo elitescooter lights indicate battery fully charged but scooter will not go

Make sure the free-wheel lever is engaged and the charger is unplugged from the scooter before you try to turn the scooter on. If the battery gauge goes up when you turn the scooter on and there are no beeping sounds you should be good to go.If the battery gauge drops to the red when you try to accelerate slowly, your batteries are shot. (Typical replacement in 24-48 months). If there is any beeping when the key is first turned on then there is a problem and the number of beeps indicates the problem found by the computer during the POST. How do I use pool pulse?

From the users manual for these pool cleaners:

The Pool Pulse is a flow meter that measures the volume of water flowing through your Zodiac cleaner. It must be used to properly set the flow and can be used as a diagnostic tool when the cleaner isn't running properly. For the following steps, using 2 people is recommended; one poolside and the other at the plumbing manifold. Vacuum and skimmer valves are located at your plumbing manifold.
• Remove the cleaner head.
• Attach the Pool Pulse® to the end of the hose and keep it under water as shown in Figure 1.
• Turn on the filtration system.
• For pools with one skimmer, flow is automatically regulated by the Flowkeeper Valve. Insure the blue indicator of the Pool
Pulse is in the ideal range (when viewed from the side).
• For pools with two or more skimmers, leave the selected skimmer open and slowly close the other skimmer(s) until the blue
indicator of the Pool Pulse moves into the ideal range (when viewed from the side).
• For pools with a wall vacuum fitting, leave the wall vacuum fitting fully open and slowly close the skimmer valve until the blue
indicator of the Pool Pulse moves into the ideal range (when viewed from the side).
• Keeping the hose under water, remove the Pool Pulse. Submerge the cleaner head, and when the bubbles stop coming from the
extension pipe, attach the hose end. Your installation is now complete.

I purchased Spike the Ultra dinosaur and when I turn him on I can hit the remote and he will make one move and stop and the two lights highest on his head light up for a few blinks then he is off again....

I have a similar problem. My two year old Spike only works for about 1 second after startup, then shuts down with the two pairs of lights nearest his head blinking a few times. I replaced the batteries (main and remote) with no improvement. Called tech and they said the blinking lights indicated a "motor stall" and that I should shake him to reset a position switch. I did that and now he works for 3-5 seconds then shuts off.

Shaving head check indication After two years of use the red shaving unit symbol î will flash for 30 seconds during 7 shaves to indicate that you should check the condition of the shaving heads. This indication is based on an average shaving time of 3 minutes per shave. When the shaving head symbol flashes, all other symbols and lights are out. When the shaver is switched off, the shaving unit symbol disappears. When the red shaving unit symbol starts flashing, you should check the shaving heads for possible damage. If the shaving heads are damaged in any way, they must be replaced in order to obtain optimal shaving results
