Not printing from system and it is properly installed

Your paper switch may have failed. Look at the back of the machine. The thing under all those crescent shaped paper guides is called the Integrated Receiving Tray Paper Switch. If it is hanging off the system on one side ensure it is properly locked on the system by pushing it in. Under the paper switch on the left side (right side of printer) is a little box secured by a 7mm hexagonal head screw. Take the box off and see if the connector from the paper switch to the back of the machine is seated properly. If it is, it may be a failure in the paper switch itself. If so, please call an Authorized Oce Service Representative.

check touch screen job status. this particular user might not have the setting configured properly on his pc and affected all job queue due to paper size not avail in any drawer or bypass paper needed.

to release the rest of the job queue, just delete the job pn the touch screen. u can see the delete button on the touch screen when u press job status

The paper tray from where the printer takes the paper might not be installed properly. Take it out and pur it back in. Ensure it is seated there properly and try to print again.

Install "Epson Compatible 9 pin" driver, you will get it. Thats all

loose the static and restart the whole system also check for the drivers .is it properly installed
if problem persists it means you should now take it to service center

I would unplug the machine and start back up.

Besides that you can take a canned air can and blow around the area where the paper comes out. Esp around the back. This is either a dirty sensor or a sensor flag that is hanging up or out of position.

I called CAM Commerce Solutions, the retail POS software we use, and they were able to fix my problem. I was missing another component of the print program that only CAM Commerce has.

I too have a problem with 3550 desk jet. My printer most of the times not sending my papers in a good form, it is either tored or hanged. If sent properly the printing either missed or lines merged or gapping abnormally. Pl tell me a way out to my email ID
