Oops. the next time something like this happens to any electronic device, immediately remove the battery and sim card if you can, and let the device dry in a warm dry place for several hours before you replace the battery and sim. Then retry. You will probably have to have it professionally repaired.

its not dry enough... Blow dry it 1 to 1and a half meters away from phone a minute every 2 hours... with a minimum of 3 days...

open the device and clean lcd connector and board with alcohol, wait 1 hours and then try, this will solve your problem, if problem persist that mean your lcd is damaged you need to change.

try restarting you phone. if it is still there, turn off your phone take the battery out and leave it resting for a couple of minutes, place the battery back in and turn it back on.

This problem may have occurred due to the humidity of the weather or maybe it has been dropped to the ground accidently, I would recommend you sending your Phone to the service center or the place where you bought it to get it repaired along with your receipt.

did you get it wet? if so try leaving it near a heat source for a week. like an oven, dashboard of car.... I have dropped my phone in the toilet and brought it back from the dead.
