this might sound crazy but have you got a aftermarket sony stereo fitted because my dads stereo makes this anoying beeping sound everytime he turns the ignition off, if so its nothing to worry about :)

3 long beeps means there's a problem detected with the keyboard. Remove the keyboard and turn the computer on and see if it boots up. Also a good idea is to make sure the system memory is seated properly in the slots.

1 short beep and 1 long beep means its a memory problem.
Shut down your computer, then open your computer case and replace the memory module.If you have 2 or more modules ,try starting the pc with one.If it fails, try a different single module.

2 short beeps and 1 long beep repeating for 5 times means its a graphics card issue.
Shut down your computer, then open your computer case and unplug the graphics card, then plug it again.If this doesn't help, try with a different(confirmed working) graphics card.
