3yrs old LG SMART LED TV 60LS5750-UB. TURN ON THE TV AFTER 3 MINS THE PIC TURN INTO HORIZONTAL BUT HAS A SOUND ON IT. WHAT SEEMS TO BE THE PROBLEM IS THAT T-CON BOARB OR LED DRIVER?

Line, faults & possible causes to LCD screen are given with illustrations. You can get an idea about the fault to an extent.

Replace the jack wires going to the LED strips. Or look for the one bad jack wire going to the LED's and fix it. Use a volt meter on ohms to find the bad wire.

Have seen similar in sets with blow projector bulb.
Suggest obtain owner's manual and follow the steps.

try swapping the screen with another one to just see if it is behaving the same, because some times the screen circuitry or the led screen could be damaged .

The tcon board or the LCD panel is faulty . Can confirm by replacing the TCON Board .

Your TV is about 5 years old.
