1. Press and hold the SETUP button for at least 3 seconds. 2 Press the f UP or g DN button to select the "DEMO" mode. 3 Press the BAND button to turn on or off the DEMO mode. Each press toggles between "DEMO ON" and "DEMO OFF." If no buttons are pressed 30 seconds after the DEMO mode is turned ON. The DEMO mode then begins. NOTE The initial setting at the factory is "DEMO ON." 4 Press the SETUP button again to return to normal operation
My TV had the same problem and I have managede to get rid of it. The solution is very simple. This displays mean that your TV is in the " Store Demo" mode and any changes you make will last only for 30 minutes and when the TV is turned off the settings will change back to the normal. Whether you TV is in the "Store Demo" mode can be confirmed by pressing the "Info" button on the remote and you will see that "store demo" appears on the screen. To change this mode to the "home mode" you will have to press the "Volume button" on the TV and when the volume sign appears on the screen then you will have to press the "Menu" button on the TV (not on the remote)and hold it down for about 7to 10 seconds. This changes your TV mode from "store demo" mode to the home mode. Confrim whether the store demo mode has been put off by pressing the "Info" button on the remote to see whether the store demo sign appears on the screen. The store demo is set by sales persons in the shops so that any demonstratation/changes that they make while showing to customers will be temporary as the settings revert back to the original.
Power ON the television (Use remote Commander) 1.Select "TV" mode (not AV, demo mode can't switch offwhen you are in AV) 2. Press the "home" button on the remote. 3. Select "settings" 4. Select "set up" 5. Scroll down to "factory setting" and restore them. 6. When it asks home or shop display select "home".
Press Menu on tv remote, go to Settings and select Factory Reset and press enter button on remote, tv will reset to factory default settings and turn Off and On again itself, now select HOME mode instead of Shop mode to avoid demo mode and go by initial setup screen instructions. Above are generic info about Sony bravia tv, let me know model number of your tv if you do not see factory reset option in settings menu. Thanks.

Hi, Since I do not have your tv model number so can't be specific, check Demo mode option in Menu and turn it off. Some tvs have selection like Store/ Display and Home mode, store or display mode is demo mode so set tv on home mode to turn off demo mode. Let me know model number of your tv if you have additional question. Thanks.
its very simple... of course if u know what to do. just hold pressing the "HOME" button on the TV and u will will message "Demo off". (it could be either right or left side of the TV... for my Australian model it is on the right side)
