I had a similar problem with a Robinair 17800b. The machine got stuck in Clr or (Clearing) while changing from R-12 to R-134a. If the tank (R-12 or R134a) does not have at least 10 pounds of refrigerant in the tank before you change to another refrigerant, the machine will stay in the clearing process. I called tech support and they walked me through a process that resets the machine. The reset involves entering a code while in r-12 mode, then removing all hoses and switching the switch to R-134a mode and entering another code. The call to the tech line took about 5 mins. The number I called 1-800-822-5561.

Robinair model 34288 will not stop recovering

what is the pressure reading on your guages? if it is below 0 if so the vacuum pump should kick on. if the vacuum pump keeps turning on and off check the software version on the machine if it is not 3.09 or 3.11 the software needs updated contact your local robinair service center. if it is not the software then the recovery solenoid may be sticking closed and will need replaced.

Hi

Error code FH appears when No water is detected entering machine or Pressure switch trip is not detected. If after 30 seconds the control does not detect water entering machine and then valves will be turned off and the error code will be displayed. Press PAUSE/CANCEL twice to clear the display. If there is no water entering the unit then make sure that the inlet valves are working fine. You may need to check the continuity at the inlet valves. If the valves are fine then check whether inlet water hoses as they might be plugged. Also check for inlet water screen at the valve. However, if the water is entering into the washer then the Drain pump might not be working. Also inspect the Pressure Switch hose whether it is in good condition and properly connected to Tub and Pressure switch. Also check hoses for leak and inspect the flow meter. Hope this helps...

Wont recover states on screen clearing lines and then freezes

It's sound to me you need to Replace the Compressor. Check spin-on filter (press MENU button on the control board & then keep pressing up or down arrow key till appear "FILTER CAPACITY", then press ENTER key). If the filter already recover 68KG/150LBS refrigerant since last filter change. Then you have to replace spin-on filter immediately! Over filter weight is the main cause of compressor damage
But if you want to make sure yourself, please do the following: Press recover & fix a vacuum gauge on your machine Compressor suction port & monitor the gauge is going up to13"HG suction, if not then you need to replace the compressor.
I wish this will help you to solve the problem. If so, don't forget to vote for it. Good luck!

It's sound like normal. However when thes message come again you just press Stop/No key to terminates this function. Press Recover & see if the machine is going to recovery after self clearing. If it is then you can continue to work. Hope this will help you best of luck!

I am trying to recover the administrator password for my brother-in-law's toughbook cf-73. he set himself as the administrator when he got it but has since forgotten the password. I have researched this...

  • Boot your system with the Windows XP Setup CD. A screen will come up to welcome you, then you'll have an option to accept the EULA agreement, etc - proceed as required.
  • Then you will get an option to install XP afresh or "Repair your existing Windows XP installation". Choose to Repair by pressing “R”.
  • It will then start the repair process by first copying files the files needed.
  • In a few minutes, the setup will begin to restart your system and when it restarts remember NOT to press any key when it shows “Press any key to continue…”. Else setup will start from the beginning. Don’t press any key and setup will resume from where it stopped.
  • It will start doing other tasks and will show a small progress bar with a few details in left hand corner.
  • Look carefully at the details and when it shows “Installing Devices“, remember to press Shift key + F10 key in your keyboard.
  • This will open up a Command Prompt window. Now type nusrmgr.cpl and press the Enter key.
  • This opens up the “User Accounts” window which you normally get in the Control Panel.
  • Cheers!! You can now easily reset any account's password.
