sounds like u have a temp cooling censer problem,,turn ur heater control to defrost or a/c,,one fan should come on & stay on till u switch it off,,the other fan run off a temp sender,,,,hoped it helped

red light flashing means temp. is too high (not freezing) just an indicator to let you know that there is a problem
