I am sure I answered this last week, in fact I know I did!. It is not available as a direct replacement. Look on the unit for an input voltage or ask the maker. Or you can buy one of these and see what happens?
To recharge the battery, you will need a 12VDC 300mA adapter. It will take 12 to 15 Hours to charge. Try Radio Shack, and take the light with you to make sure the charger fits the hole.

Radio shack or best Buy. Universal chargers can be bought for about $15. make sure you take the light with you to get he correve voltage charger (very important to keep from damaging the unit)
While it could be the battery, it could also be the internal charger in the spotlight. When you plug it in, it bypasses the charger and uses the connected power. However, it is likely just a bad battery. The batteries only last 3 years in an ideal setting and since these lights are typically only used certain times of the year, the batteries discharge and go bad. The bulb you are looking for to fit these vector spot lights is an automotive bulb, and H3 with a PK22s base. They come with a cable and a nickle size disk at the base of the bulb. They come in several wattages, eg 55w and 100w. Try the "bulbs.com" website, in their search box type "H3 PK22s" and you will see they have a variety of wattages and voltages.
