There are many ways to download, below is the one way to download.
Try to open Cydia apps, type Dtunes or musicmeow in Search box.
Download Musicmeow.
Open MUsicmeow.
Type Song name in search box of Dtunes or Musicmeow.
Click Download link of that particular song.

Songs shall be listen by click on downloaded song.

do you have an Ipod? If so, you can go to itunes, and it's real cheap to download songs. You can even download songs without attaching a credit card to the account, they have prepaid cards in Walmart and Target. Anyways, in iTunes store, you go to power search, on the right side, type in your artist, click on the song you want (it will say buy song) and then you go to recently added on the right side of the screen in itunes and drag the song to your ipod above. :) Hope that helps.
